You will enjoy longer appointment times, with shorter wait times. It also allows your physician to expedite and coordinate your care.

Q: What is a hybrid concierge membership fee?

A: As a member of Executive Primary Care, you will be required to pay an annual membership fee. You must maintain your health insurance; it is not a substitute. You will continue to use your health insurance for your primary care visits and are responsible for any co-pays or coinsurances including laboratories, imaging, specialists, etc..

Q: How are membership payments made to Executive Primary Care?

A: Membership payments are received annually via check. Annual enrollment begins on March 1 of each year. Fees are prorated depending on the time of year you join.
